- Profile information — role (tenant, landlord, service provider), identity verification documents

- Payment information — transaction records (we do not store card numbers)
- Usage data — pages viewed, search queries, device type, IP address
- Communications — messages sent between tenants and landlords on our platform

4. WhatsApp Integration
If you opt in to WhatsApp notifications, we will use your WhatsApp number to send you messages related to bookings, enquiries, and platform activity. We use the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms Inc. Messages are forwarded through Meta's infrastructure. You can opt out at any time by updating your notification settings in your dashboard.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Other users — landlords see tenant contact details when a booking is accepted, and vice versa
- Service providers — third-party tools we use to operate the platform (e.g. hosting, email delivery, payment processing)
- Legal authorities — when required by law
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
